Technical Lowrider, 1982

“Special premiere issue” includes details of the first lifted car. Features on Bill Hines and Frank de rosa. Complete with lowrider technical features, how-to install hydraulics, lead work, hydraulic questions and answers by the pros, basic bodywork, lowrider bicycles, upholstery, sound system recommendations, lowrider luxury cars, and a whole lot more! Too bad they only made a single issue.

San Jose artist, Joe Hernandez (creator of the early-lowrider man logo) created the artwork for Technical Lowrider and even produced a 2nd chrome version that was never published.
