408 Art Program

Through a weekend course (roughly 4hrs), students learned about Lowriding in San Jose, the diverse history of Digital Media Art, and gained hands-on experience customizing a sound-to-light reactive artwork.

Who participated
Youth as young as 6 to 17 along with an adult. Parents, uncles, aunts, and even grandparents attended with their youth participant. From all interest levels from no relationship to lowriding but interested in technology to those born into the lifestyle

After the series of programming, an art & car show was held to celebrate the accomplishemnts of the participants. A tremendous community event.
